Robert Barlow has been practicing law in the Fredericksburg Area for over thirty years, where he has dedicated himself to meeting the needs of businesses and families in whatever situation may arise. Robert has decades of experience as a trial lawyer in contract actions, complex tort matters, trust and estate disputes, and family matters such as divorce and custody disputes. Robert draws on both law degree and his MBA in advising business clients, where he specialize in the formation of businesses, statutory and regulatory compliance, and the drafting of corporate documents. Additionally, he maintains a robust estate planning practice, and routinely drafts wills, trusts, advance medical directives, and powers of attorney tailored for the needs of each client.

Marc Ryan Thomas

    A native of the Fredericksburg, Virginia area, Marc brings a deep understanding of the specific needs and dynamics of this community into his legal practice. A graduate of both Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia School of Law, Marc returned to the area, where he specializes in business and family litigation, be it a contract or construction dispute, a matter of estate litigation, or a divorce. The remainder of his practice is dedicated to estate planning and administration, where he has over a decade of experience helping guide executors or administrators through the probate process, as well as drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. Marc also has extensive appellate experience in both the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and is admitted to the bar of the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia. He lives in Spotsylvania County, Virginia with his wife, two children, and pet corgi.
